RETURN POLICY

Our first concern is customer satisfaction, and our return policy is in keeping with this. We will be happy to accept returns, no questions asked. Please notify us as quickly as possible that you will be making a return. All returns must be postmarked within two weeks of shipping date and returned in original condition. A refund will be issued minus shipping & handling costs, insurance and all processing fees as determined by Andres & Chapman Glass.

PRIVACY POLICY

Andres & Chapman Glass respects the privacy of all its customers. No customer information, including contact information provided for our mailing list, will ever be shared with a third party.

FLAWS AND IRREGULARITIES

Andres & Chapman Glass is careful to fully examine pieces for flaws and irregularities. If such flaws are determined by Andres & Chapman Glass to interfere with the esthetic value of the piece they will be noted in the description. However, please keep in mind when making purchases and commissions that each item is handcrafted and unique, and as such is subject to irregularities.

PRODUCT WARNINGS

Certain glass items are subject to damage through improper use and care. For example, all items purchased from this website are subject to heat shock from hot liquids, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.. Such limitations are noted on the website and in the Glass Care Card shipped with purchased item(s). Customers assume full responsible for proper use of purchased items.
